Events and Roadshows

We plan the route, the room, and the team so the brand is met in person, not only seen on a banner.

A brand people can walk into

Events and roadshows are how Experts Group puts a brand in front of people who will not meet it on a screen alone. The work runs from a single showcase in one room to a route that moves across cities. We plan the venue or the street, the set, the crew, and the hours, then stay with the run until it is over. Sampling, demonstration, and lead capture are built into the plan so the day produces a record, not only a photograph. The practice works from Hyderabad with national and international clients who need the brand met in person. A banner without a briefed team is not an event we will put our name on.

Planning the room and the route

An indoor showcase starts with the room: how people enter, where they stop, and what they are asked to do. An outdoor roadshow starts with the route: which markets, which hours, and which permissions the city actually requires. We do not draw a pretty map and hope the ground matches it. Supervisors check the sites, the power, the crowd, and the way a stall will be seen from the path people already walk. The crew is hired and briefed on the offer before they travel. A person who cannot explain the product in a sentence should not be the first face of the brand. Sets are built to the time available. A stage that takes all morning to stand up is a stage that has already lost the crowd.

What happens while the event is live

During the run, supervision is on site. Stock, samples, and the capture of names are watched through the day, not reconstructed in the evening from memory. If a site is dead, the plan can move. If a pitch is failing, it is corrected while people are still there. Lead capture is simple enough that a busy promoter will actually use it, and careful enough that a conversation can be handed to your sales desk afterwards. We agree in advance what a useful lead is. A pile of incomplete forms is not a result. At the close of each day the crew knows what was used, what was said, and who has to be called next.

A record, not only a memory

When the route ends, you receive an account of where the brand stood, who stopped, and what they did. That account is written in the same shape for every city, so a weak stop cannot be described as a success because the photographs were better. Indoor and outdoor work are judged by the brief, not by how spectacular the set looked. A quiet room that produced serious conversations can be a better day than a loud one that produced nothing you can follow. We will say which is which. The same team that ran the event can stay on for field marketing or for the calls that follow, so the people who met the brand are not dropped between suppliers.

When this is the right service

Choose events and roadshows when the brand needs to be handled, tasted, tried, or explained face to face, and when one city or many cities have to see it within a set period. It is the right start for a launch, a festive push, or a category people still decide in person. It is the wrong start if you have not decided the offer. In that case we begin with the brief, then build the route. Tell us the product, the cities, and the dates you have in mind. We will come back with the sites, the crew, and the way the days will be recorded.
