We design and run the sales process around your offer, your territories, and the number you need to hit.
A sales system, not a pile of visits
Sales management at Experts Group is the work of putting a product into a territory and keeping the people, the pitch, and the follow-up under one plan. Brands often already have distribution, a price, and a story. What they lack is a daily rhythm: who is calling on which outlet, what they are saying, and whether that activity is turning into orders. We build that rhythm with the client, then supervise it in market from our practice in Hyderabad. The sister relationship with Landmark Global means the same standard of field discipline sits behind the work, without borrowing anyone else's history or claims. An engagement starts with the offer and the number the business actually needs. From there we map territories, decide the size of the team, and agree how a good day will be recognised.
How the programme is set
The first weeks are spent on the ground, not in a slide. We walk the routes the team will walk, sit with the people who already sell the product, and note where the pitch breaks. A beat plan is then written so each executive has a defined set of outlets, a sequence, and a reason to be there. Coaching is part of the plan, not a later extra. Supervisors travel with the team, correct the conversation while it is still useful, and record what they saw. Retail execution sits inside the same brief: a display that was agreed in a meeting has to be standing when the supervisor arrives. We do not treat a photograph of an empty shelf as proof that the day happened.
What leadership receives
Reporting is written for the person who has to decide, not for the person who wants a thick file. Daily notes cover visits, orders, objections, and stock. Weekly reviews pull those notes into a picture of the territory: which beats are producing, which pitches are failing, and where a supervisor needs to spend the next morning. The client sees the same categories every time, so a weak week cannot be hidden inside a new format. If a target was set at the start, the report says whether the team is on the way to it. If the target needs to change because the market has changed, we say that plainly and reset the plan rather than defending the old one.
Who this is for
This service suits a brand that already has a product in market and needs the selling managed as one programme. It is used for launches that have moved past the first event, for territories that have gone quiet, and for teams that are busy without being productive. National and international clients use it when the Hyderabad office, or a wider South Indian belt, has to be covered by people who can be seen and corrected. It is less useful when the business has not yet decided what it is selling, or when the only need is a single roadshow. In those cases we start with strategy or with events, and bring sales management in once there is something steady to run.
How it connects to the rest of the practice
Sales management rarely stands alone. Field marketing may open a catchment, customer acquisition may fill the top of the list, and telemarketing may follow a visit that did not close. The value of keeping those services in one consultancy is that the person on the beat and the person on the phone are working from the same offer. A promoter is not promised one thing while the call centre is promised another. When the month ends, the client has one account of what was attempted and what was sold. If you want this run for your brand, brief us with the product, the cities, and the result you need. We will come back with the team, the beats, and the way the work will be read.
